Mental Health Awareness Week: 15th - 21st May

LU Arts believes that an engagement with the arts can have a transformative impact on our wellbeing.

Time to focus on a creative practice allows you to fully engage with a creative moment and forget about the stresses of daily life.
 
It is also extremely rewarding to create something new, no matter what your ability.  
 
As such we are programming a series of events across our two campuses and we hope that these, along with other initiatives, such as our recently published Journal, or our work we are doing with Student Services will make a meaningful contribution to supporting our staff and students mental health.
