Careers Coaches are on hand to guide and support you in your search for employment and progression throughout your career.
Recent graduates can access the full range of careers services that are on offer at the University. This includes one-to-one appointments, events, and careers fairs for a period of five years after graduating. Following this, alumni can continue to access online resources, view vacancies and attend careers events for as long as they wish.

Executive Director, L+R Peak Performance Retreats
L+R Hotels is currently looking for a director to develop and manage a brand-new premium Peak Performance Retreat concept. Residential retreats will be expert let combining a core performance sport or activity with various complementary and supporting specialities. These will combine at residential retreats to ensure participants pursue their chosen activity alongside expert support on nutrition, recovery, mindfulness, recovery, injury avoidance and wellness therapies.
The requirement - An individual who can:
• Demonstrate credibility in the Peak Performance space
• Develop a distinctive branding & brand position for L+R Peak Performance Retreats (“LRPPR”)
• Identify attractive & viable “peak performance” retreat segments
• Fully conceptualise each of the relevant retreats including:
o Full format for retreats
o Location(s) to run retreats – initially focusing on L+R properties
o Expert selection for core activities o Subject functional expert selection & retention (nutrition, recovery etc.)
o Guest speaker sourcing
o Marketing strategies to drive awareness of both the Brand and of individual retreats
o Ensure financial & reputational success of LRPPR
• Deliver a rich program of peak performance retreats
• Ensure commercial success through promotion in relevant channels directly and through appropriate partners
• Develop relevant and affiliations between LRPPR and relevant and aspirational brands & sporting institutions or colleges.

Sales Support Assistant, Soane
Soane is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to assist account managers as the sales and client base continue to grow for the Global Fabrics and Wallpapers team, which will be based in the Leicester office.
Responsibilities will include providing a memorable customer service experience from order placement through to final delivery. You will be working closely with other internal departments, including Sales, Production and Logistics. This is a fast paced role which require you to be detailed orientated, highly organised and be able to multi-task.
Purpose of the Position:
Due to the growth of sales of our fabrics and wallpapers globally, we are now recruiting for an additional Sales Support Assistant to join the team. This position is perfect for someone with 0-2 years of experience and is looking for an exciting new role within the industry. The primary role is to provide administrative support to the Fabrics & Wallpaper Sales Team, managing the whole process from order through to delivery.
Using your knowledge of Soane’s products and customer service skills, you will act as a liaison between clients, sales, logistics and production. The challenge will be to build and maintain these multi layered relationships whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
As a member of the Sales Support team, you will be key to ensuring the Soane client is kept at the forefront of all decisions. The role will require you to be detail orientated, highly organised and able to multi-task.
