Lizzie graduated in 2010, with a BA in English and Drama, and Lewis graduated in 2012 with a MEng in Product Design Engineering and continued his studies to gain his PhD in 2016. Lewis is currently a Senior Lecturer in Laser Processing and is a Programme Lead in Mechanical Engineering MEng/BEng at the University.
They celebrated their union with many Loughborough alumni, and current members of staff, and it was a spectacular day for everyone that attended. The groom said in his speech “1 out of 4 people at the wedding had attended Loughborough University, either as a former student, or current member of staff”.
