Alumna Louise Bouverat is the Co-Founder of Doceo Group Limited, a fintech company designed to democratise finance and allow retail investors to be as informed as professional investors.

Doceo has a mission to promote transparency to all shareholders.

Retail investors can receive access to regular updates from their chosen investment managers in short, analytical videos. They receive alerts as soon as updates are available.

Users can also compare existing and potential investments using the simple comparison tool - the first of its kind to feature video.

Louise was working in marketing in the investment sector when she realised there was a gap in the market and wanted to create an innovative solution.

She said:

“Working in marketing for a leading manager of investment trusts, I realised there was a gap in the market to provide retail investors with regular updates to inform their investment decisions”.

The doceo platform allows users to research existing trusts for free and to discover potential new investment ideas.

Louise graduated from Loughborough with a degree in International Business in 2005.
