Anna Chang

Anna is the Founder of Speak 3, an organisation that offers one-on-one speaking courses and school activities to provide quality English language education.
She was previously a Doctoral Researcher at Loughborough University with a focus on Smart Cities, and currently resides in Hong Kong.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Sciences in 1994, and later completed her PhD in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering in 2021. After spending almost a decade at the University, she is keen and passionate about supporting alumni. She is aware of the availability of resources at the University, and students’ needs.
Anna has also been an active member in the Hong Kong alumni group and has been dedicated to expanding networks within China.
Anna plans to leverage her networking skills to engage with alumni from different regions and industries to connect and support each other. She will also attempt to organise events, programs and other activities that provide opportunities for alumni to reconnect with Loughborough University and with each other. This will include both online and in-person events that are tailored to the needs and interests of our alumni.
Anna started her 3-year term in September 2023.
