Students who have completed the High School Diploma in South Korea are required to undertake a further year of study before applying for undergraduate programmes at Loughborough University. Students can enrol on a local or UK foundation programme, or apply for the Loughborough University International Foundation Programme.
In addition, the University will consider the following qualifications:
- A-levels. Full details of entry requirements from A-levels can be found in the undergraduate prospectus. Entry grades will vary from course to course.
- International Baccalaureate. Applicants with a minimum of 32 points in the IB Diploma will also be considered for direct admission to undergraduate degree programmes. As with A-levels, entry grades will vary from course to course.
- Loughborough University has its own Foundation Course for high-calibre international students who have successfully completed 12 years of school education. For more details and entry requirements, click here.
- The International Office can also suggest other suitable foundation programmes which will be considered for entry to other subject areas.
