Below are the entry requirements for undergraduate study at Loughborough University for students from Pakistan
In most cases, graduation from the Higher Secondary Certificate/ Intermediate Certificate is not enough to gain access to year 1 of a Loughborough degree programme due to the differences between Pakistani and British education systems. However, one year Foundation programmes are available for those who do not fully meet our normal entry requirements.
- Loughborough has its own International Foundation Course offering progression to Loughborough University subject areas.
In addition, the University will condsider the following qualifications:
- A-levels. Full details of entry requirements from A-levels can be found in the undergraduate prospectus. Entry grades will vary from course to course.
- International Baccalaureate. Applicants with a minimum of 32 points in the IB Diploma will also be considered for direct admission to undergraduate degree programmes. As with A-levels, entry grades will vary from course to course.
Candidates must also achieve the University's English language requirements.
Pre-sessional English Language tuition is available for those applicants whose scores in English Language fall slightly below that normally expected for entry. See our English Language Study Unit for more information.
