When I graduate, I would like to go into the medical device industry working as a design engineer. I would eventually like to become a chartered engineer, and being at Loughborough has helped me realise that there are many things that I can do that I did not think possible. This has helped me grow in confidence as I start to see more opportunities for after graduation. Being surrounded by driven people who work hard has helped me push myself further, inspired by their work ethic and drive.
To anyone considering studying this course, do not be afraid to ask for help if there is something that you are struggling with. If you aren’t comfortable doing it in the lecture, speak to the lecturer at the end or ask a course friend. Doing that as you go will really help reduce the stress in exam season!
