Here’s a summary of the key dates in the 2026 Loughborough University application cycle, all in one handy location.

September 2025

If you make Loughborough your firm choice, you will receive information about applying for University accommodation from late May.
If you receive all of your university decisions by 31st March 2026, your reply deadline is 6^th May 2026.

If you receive all of your university decisions by 13 May 2026, your reply deadline is 3 June 2026.

Early exam results are published from July onwards (non-A-Level only.) If you are not taking A-Levels and receive your final results yourself, please email a copy of your certificate to the Admissions Office.
You will be sent information about the next steps in terms of your accommodation application.
If you receive all of your university decisions by 15 July 2026, the deadline for responding to your offers is 22 July 2026.
The deadline for firm choice students to register for accommodation is the end of July, in order to be guaranteed accommodation.

A-Level results will be published on 13 August 2026 and accommodation applications will open for students with a conditional offer.
The deadline for meeting all offer conditions is 3 September 2026 (including those holding a deferred offer).

From late September, we’ll be supporting students who are moving into their accommodation and helping them complete a number of important induction and welcome activities on campus.

Formal teaching will begin at the end of September 2026.
