Key dates

Here’s a summary of the key dates in the 2025 Loughborough University application cycle for international students, all in one handy location.

September 2025

  • UCAS application opens.

May 2026

  • If you make Loughborough your firm choice, you will receive information about applying for University accommodation from late May.

June 2026

  • If you receive all your university decisions by 13 May 2026, your reply deadline is 3 June 2026.
  • Admissions will usually begin issuing CAS statements from June onwards, when you have met ALL the conditions of your offer and provided evidence of this.

You can apply for your visa up to three months before the start of your course, once you have received your CAS statement (you must first meet the conditions of your offer.)

July 2026

  • Early exam results are published from July onwards (non-A-Level only.) If you are not taking A-Levels and receive your final results yourself, please email a copy of your certificate to the Admissions Office.
  • You will be sent information about the next steps in terms of your accommodation application.
  • If you received all your University decisions by 15 July 2026, the deadline for responding to your offers is 22 July 2026.
  • The deadline for firm choice students to register for accommodation is the end of July, in order to be guaranteed accommodation.

August 2026

  • A-Level results will be published on Thursday 13 August 2026 and accommodation applications will open for students with a conditional offer.
  • The deadline for meeting all offer conditions is 3 September 2026 (including for those holding a deferred offer).
