Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught programmes

Tuition and Accommodation Fees

You will receive regular financial statements during the academic year which are sent to your University Email Account.

Paying your Fees

You can pay your fees online, by Bank Transfer or Direct Debit.

Student Loans


If you are receiving a loan through the Student Loans Company for your Tuition Fees this will be paid directly to the University.

Postgraduate Taught

If you are receiving a loan from the Student Loans Company this will be paid directly to you by the Student Loans Company after the start of the academic year, and once the University has confirmed your registration.

Bursaries and Scholarships

If you expect to receive a Bursary or Scholarship from the Loughborough Scholarship Programme you will be advised of your entitlement by the end of October.

Tuition Fee Debt

You cannot progress to the next part of your programme and cannot be awarded a degree or other qualification until you have paid the University any tuition fees which you owe to it (see Regulation XVI). You may also lose any place which has been reserved for you in University accommodation. Students who have not paid all outstanding tuition fees by the academic year shall normally be suspended from their programme of study.
