• full name,
• date of birth,
• course details, including the year you finished,
• your former student number.

This will allow School colleagues to access your record and process your request faster.

Loughborough University has partnered with the Hedd (Higher Education Degree Datacheck) online verification service for all third party degree verification requests. The online candidate verification service allows registered enquirers to input data provided by applicants (name, date of birth, institution, year of graduation, qualification classification, etc).

If someone wishes to verify your Loughborough University qualifications they will need to register with Hedd, Select ‘Loughborough University’ from the list of UK higher education institutions and choose the option to 'verify a degree award'.

There is a charge of £12 per enquiry. You will be required to provide a signed consent form for them to upload as part of their request.
