Life at University can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our trained and supportive staff are here to listen and to provide the practical support you need. Come and talk to us about your mental health in confidence.
Times and locations
- Mondays 6-9pm at The Life Hub, which is based on 53-55 Queens Road in town.
- Every Thursday 6pm – 9pm, Bridgeman Building.
