Our preference system will open at 10:00 BST on 19 August 2025. You can select three preferences based on an area of the campus, a room type and catering option.

The preferences you put down will be used as a guide but we can’t guarantee that you’ll be offered one of your preferred room types. Accommodation is allocated based on availability, the preferences you select and the date you make your application, so the sooner, the better!

You need to:

Login on our accommodation system.
Select five preferences based on the area of campus, room type and catering option (we recommend you do your research in advance).
Complete the application.
Review your confirmation email.
