Loughborough is ranked 21st worldwide for Communication, making it the highest-ranked UK university in this discipline. The university also performed impressively in Sociology, securing 43rd place globally, and placed within the 51-75 range for Geography.

The GRAS rankings are highly esteemed, evaluating over 1,900 institutions across 96 countries and regions. They assess performance based on five key categories: World-Class Faculty, World-Class Output, High-Quality Research, Research Impact, and International Collaboration.
