Lexy Martin is a doctoral candidate with a MA in User Experience Design (Loughborough University), as well as experience working with startups in Silicon Valley and beyond.
Title of thesis: Managing the demands of digital natives in the future automotive environment: a cross cultural study.
Her PhD aims to understand the difference in digital behaviours of high and low level Digital natives, specifically where it pertains to autonomous vehicles. Working with Jaguar Land Rover, Lexy’s PhD looks to ultimately design an in-car human machine interface (HMI) that will improve the experience in Level 4 autonomous vehicles.
