Profile

Helen has been an artist for over 15 years, selling and exhibiting her work, following a career in university administration.

She first studied at Loughborough University 2012-2013, completing an MA in Art & Design (Studio Practice). Her focus at that time was jewellery design but she went on to explore textiles, designing and selling luxury scarves. Her work and focus have now shifted to engaging directly with drawing and painting and she is now pursuing a Practice-based PhD with a project called ‘The Caretaker: producing portraits for the consideration of care in a ‘more than human’ world.
