Dua'a holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from The University of Jordan and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology. With over a decade of industry experience as a senior design engineer in Amman, Jordan, she brings valuable expertise to her academic pursuits. Her research interests include human factors, transport safety, and vehicle design, and she exhibits a keen interest in applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to advance these areas.
