Ruth Broadbent is inspired by nature and ecology, lines in and across landscape, and the extension of line in drawing and sculpture. Recent drawings include imaginary puddle worlds and sand drawings responding to the tide at the water’s edge. She is a member of drawing, walking and ecology artist networks.
