Tania is a full time Doctoral Researcher in Loughborough Business School. She holds a MSc in International Fashion Marketing (UN Fellowship) Manchester Metropolitan University, an MBA in Marketing, University of Dhaka and a BBA in Marketing, University of Dhaka.
Tania's research is within the domain of Circular Supply chain investigating Waste Management of Textile and Clothing industry.
Tania has teaching experience at senior lecturer level whilst being employed at BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology and then BRAC University.
Tania is an active participant in doctoral training programmes, research seminars, and conferences. She was a Conference Committee team member for 11th LB doctoral conference 2025. Chair for 20-minute presentation of International Business, Strategy and Innovation (IBSI) and Marketing group. She has also participated to School level at the University level 3MT competition. Tania will be volunteering at the PINT OF SCIENCE FESTIVAL from 18-20 May, 2026. She has volunteered at the Mountfield Lodge School annual summer fete 2025 and other school related activities organized by PSA. Tania is interested in travelling and recreational physical activities.
