Lyndsey is currently Head of Positive Business Development at Dunelm, the UK's number one homewares retailer. She has worked in retail and ecommerce for 25 years across a variety of roles in business analysis, digital product management, customer experience and innovation. Over the last five years, she's played a pivotal role in Dunelm's digital transformation programme, launched Dunelm's first furniture outlet and is now leading their shift towards circular business models.
