Staff wellbeing

Wellbeing means being in a positive physical, social and mental state. Wellbeing is important to us as individuals, as it fundamentally impacts on the quality of our life. It is important to us as a University, as happy, healthy people who achieve harmony in their work / life mix are more creative, productive and help to create a great place to work.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity of experience, thought and perspective enriches our University and the lives of our community. It is crucial to our ongoing development as an international institution.  Our ambition is to be recognised as a sector leader in identifying and removing systemic barriers associated with race, ethnicity, or national origin, class or socio-economic background, sexuality or gender identity, religion or faith, age, disability, marital status or caring responsibilities, which have previously prevented talented individuals from studying or working with us, or from progressing in their field.
