Staff Networks

Loughborough University has a strong history of Staff Networks which play an invaluable role influencing and shaping the University’s policies and practices. Our Staff Networks are established and run by staff from all over the University, to help empower colleagues, build their confidence and sense of community, and provide them with a voice and influence across the University.

Being part of a Staff Network gives members a sense of belonging and a chance to play an important and valuable part in making Loughborough an inclusive place to work or study. They also provide opportunities for career development, networking with other colleagues, and creating better working relationships with colleagues across the University.
