The Early Careers Staff Network brings together all staff and doctoral researchers in the early stages of their career in Higher Education. We welcome all permanent and temporary staff at Loughborough University, LSU, and campus partners - providing a supportive space for all those who feel they may benefit.

A message from our Chair:
Established in 2023, the ECN has grown into a space for early-career staff to develop, network, and connect with others.
The events and activities we deliver are all about offering platforms for:
- Development: Opportunities for members to learn from peers, industry experts, and other groups across the University.
- Networking: Informal and supportive spaces for early-career staff to meet-up and share experiences.
- Signposting: There’s lots of great stuff across the University - we want to make sure ECN members hear about the resources and training opportunities they can get involved with.
