Dr James M. Crick has been invited to the Advisory Board of the Global Research Conference on Marketing and Entrepreneurship (GRCME). This event is affiliated to the Entrepreneurial Marketing Special Interest Group of the American Marketing Association (for which he is a member of the Leadership Board).

Dr Crick's appointment was based on his continued contributions to research positioned at the marketing/entrepreneurship interface (i.e., entrepreneurial marketing), together with his reviewing, editorial board, and Associate Editor duties.

Dr Crick has been attending the GRCME since 2016, including in locations, such as San Diego, San Francisco, London, and Boston. The feedback from these events have been implemented to shape various journal articles, like those appearing in Industrial Marketing Management, the Journal of International Marketing, the International Marketing Review, the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, and the Journal of Business Research.

The next GRCME event will held in-person (subject to the COVID-19 situation) in Whistler during August 2022.
