Accredited programmes
The Professional Institutes support the training of professional engineers by accrediting or approving programmes that meet their criteria. The majority of our Masters programmes are accredited and successful completion contributes towards Chartered Engineer application.
Accredited programmes will have met the academic requirements of the Engineering Council (UK) for registration as Chartered Engineer (CEng), Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or Engineering Technician (EngTech). Approved programmes are educational qualifications that have been determined to meet the academic requirements of the Institute for registration as professional member.
