How to apply
The best way to apply for admission to a master's degree programme is online through the University’s Application Portal.
There is no official deadline for an application for our taught postgraduate programmes, however we do recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible to ensure that a decision can be made in time for the start of the programme.
There is no need for you to have completed your academic or English language qualifications before you apply – most students are made offers conditional on achieving particular grades in their degree and English language test.
Documents Required on Application
We require two academic references (certified on headed paper) to support your application. The University will not contact your referees directly; you must obtain the references and send them to us. You can find some guidance regarding references here.
Along with your references, we’ll also need copies of your supporting documents:
- An academic transcript of your undergraduate degree showing modules studied and marks attained.
- A copy of your degree certificate, if you have already graduated.
- a personal statement - this should explain your motivation for studying this programme, any relevant skills and experience you have (through studying or work), and your future career aspirations and how this programme will support you in achieving this. Remember to let your passion for the subject shine through!
