Research and expertise

I have academic research experience in building performance simulation, energy modelling, and thermal comfort analysis.

My experience also extends to one-dimensional hydraulic modelling, Geographical Information System (GIS), and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

My PhD research entails knowledge development in generative design and coding which I am currently working on both.

Current research activity

  • Generative Design for Low Energy Building (2021-2024)

Recently completed research projects

  • Enhancing the performance of solar stills for desalination of the seawater (2018-2019)

Recent publications

  • Enhancing the performance of solar stills for desalination of the sea water

Profile

I graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Architectural Engineering and Design Management (2018), and an MSc in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from University Technology Brunei (2019).

My PhD research investigates the feasibility of utilising generative design as a tool to enhance the climate resilience of buildings, ensuring they are low in energy and thermally comfortable to live in for the years to come.
