University Mental Health Day (mini pop-up)
Take a break and get creative at our mini Pop-up session
About the session
Join us at our special mini Pop-up Maker Space as part of a wider event to mark University Mental Health Day.
Everyone knows that it’s good to take a break from your desk or screens for a short while, and doing something creative can be great for your wellbeing. Whether you’ve got 15mins or an hour, there’s something you can make or do in the time you have.
For this mini Pop-up Maker Space we'll be using our popular badge maker. Come and make a badge to keep for yourself or give to someone. Perfect to attach to tote bags and lanyards!
This is a free drop-in session for students and staff. No experience needed.
Our Arts Events Assistants will be on hand to welcome you and chat.
This is part of a wider pop-up event organised by the Student Wellbeing team with various stalls in EHB atrium for you to discover how building meaningful relationships can support your mental health and wellbeing.
