Create & Connect: Make Your Own Rag Wreath

About the workshop

Celebrate the festive season by making a beautiful fabric wreath. During the session you will use a range of fabrics and ribbons, to decorate a wire frame. You will experiment with knotting techniques and explore layering materials and colours, to create your own unique wreath. Each wreath will be one-of-a-kind so it's perfect for gifting to a loved one this season! 

This workshop is beginner-friendly and all materials are provided.

There is a suggested ticket price of £3 to cover the cost of materials, with a ‘Pay What You Can’ option.

About Create & Connect

Create and Connect is a series of monthly creative workshops open to all students, taking place in the Library on the second Tuesday of the month. Each session is a one-off and must be booked in advance. They are a chance to meet new people, learn new skills and make something to take away.

Accessibility

There is step free access into the building and Seminar Room One is located on the entry level floor. There are accessible toilets nearby.
