About the exhibition
Discover the beautiful technique of Tamarind Batik with this temporary exhibition of textile pieces by visiting artists from Indonesia.
Tamarind Batik is a unique and environmentally friendly textile resist technique that uses tamarind seed powder to create vibrant decorative patterns on cloth.
The exhibition will be on display in the ground floor foyer of the Design School building. There is a programme of accompanying events on Wednesday 29 October, which include a talk and a hands-on workshop. Places for these events must be booked. Visit our 'What's on' page for further details.
Accessibility
Loughborough Design School has step free entry and there are accessible toilets close by.
