Booking information

Many of our events require pre-booking online as places are limited. For these events, a booking link will be provided on the event page. For most of our events online bookings are managed via the event website Eventbrite. Before booking for the first time you may wish to view Eventbrite’s privacy policy and read the iunformation below.

Please note: Eventbrite processes data (including any personal data you may submit during your booking) outside of the European Economic Area. Please only submit any personal detail which you are happy to have processed in this way, and in accordance with Eventbrite’s privacy policy.

Eventbrite charges a booking fee, which we absorb in our ticket price.

Please show your e-ticket (sent via Eventbrite) on your phone on the door or print a copy and bring it with you. Tickets are available to buy online up to 4pm on the day of the event. After that, subject to availability, you can buy tickets on the door. Please check on the event page if cash or card sales are accepted on the door as this may vary from one event to another. If you would like to check availability for an event before turning up, then you can call 01509 222948 during office hours (Mon-Wed 9-5 and Fri 9-3). Tickets are priced individually for each event. Where concessions are offered, proof of status may be required when you show your ticket on the door.

We recommend that you check the ticket information thoroughly prior to making a booking as the refund policy may vary by event. Tickets purchased via Eventbrite for most of our events can be refunded up to seven days prior to the event. However, please be aware that Eventbrite charges a booking fee, which we absorb in our ticket prices, and Eventbrite's fee is not refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed. Please check at the time of booking whether refunds are available. Tickets cannot be exchanged.
