Scholarships and funding

We support talented and creative students from any subject area, financially and in other ways, through our arts scholarship packages and other funding opportunities.

Arts & Music Scholarships

Arts and music scholarships are open to all Loughborough University students to recognise and develop talent and potential in any art form including music, creative writing, performing arts and visual arts. Each one comes with a cash prize and a package of support worth up to £500 to help develop your talent further.

Other funding

We work with closely with arts-related student societies and LSU's student networks and associations on projects and events each year.  We provide advice and support and this may include funding if it is an event or project that we are collaborating on.

We work with colleagues in the School of Design and Creative Arts to help promote the Stanley Evernden Memorial Prize each year. This prize fund enables Loughborough University students to apply for financial support to take a production to either the National Student Drama Festival or Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Applications open in the autumn term each year when information is added to this web page.
