The Loughborough University Alumni Survey 2026 Prize Draw

1. Eligibility

1.1   The prize draw is open to all alumni and donors of Loughborough University (and its former Colleges) and Loughborough University London who are aged 18 or over.

1.2   Current employees, contractors, and anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

1.3   Entrants must have valid and up‑to‑date contact details registered with the University. You can update your details by completing the Survey or by emailing alumni@lboro.ac.uk.

2. How to Enter

2.1   To enter, participants must complete the Survey in full before the deadline and opt in to the prize draw before submitting their response.

2.2   Incomplete or inappropriate responses, as determined by Loughborough University, will not be valid. 

2.3   Only one Survey submission per participant will be counted. Additional Survey submissions will not generate additional entries.

2.4   Participants may increase their chances of winning by commenting on our Instagram post via @lboroalumni and tagging other Loughborough alumni. Commenting will grant you one extra entry into the prize draw.

2.5   No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Prize

3.1   Up to ten winners will each receive a gift voucher with a value of £100 for Amazon (or other suitable retailer dependent on location).

3.2   The prize is non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available.

3.3   Loughborough University is not associated with and does not endorse any brands linked with the prize.

3.4   The University reserves the right to alter or substitute the prize if circumstances require it.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1   Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Survey has closed.

4.2   Winners will be contacted by email using the details held on their alumni record and must respond by 3 June 2026 to accept the prize.

4.3   If we are unable to make contact or do not receive a response by this date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

4.4   Only one prize may be awarded per person.

4.5   Loughborough University’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Use of Personal Data

5.1   By entering, participants agree that the University may collect and process personal data such as name, email address, postal address, and social media handles for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

5.2   Personal data collected for the prize draw will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the prize draw and fulfil the prize.

5.3   We will not share your personal data with third parties except where required to fulfil the prize.

5.4   Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6. General

6.1   Loughborough University reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw at any time without prior notice.

6.2   By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
