Aishwarya (Ash) Ashvinikumar (MBA, 2025) is using her professional experience, research, and advocacy to push for meaningful progress on gender equality. Alongside her full-time work, she volunteers with UN Women UK, contributing to their global efforts to address barriers to women’s safety, rights, education, and participation. Ash shared more for International Women’s Day (IWD) which is on 8 March, with the theme Give to Gain.
