Loughborough alumnus prepares to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro

Civil Engineering alumnus Harry Reed (2023) is getting set to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in August next year.

Standing at 5,895 metres, Mount Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest peak and the world’s highest freestanding mountain.  

Harry is taking on this challenge in support of Dig Deep, a UK charity focused on improving access to clean water, safe toilets and good hygiene in Kenya.  

He is aiming to raise £2990 by August 2026. Follow Harry’s journey
