Alumni businesses collaborate to support mental and physical well-being

Ian Scarrott and Caroline Plumer have joined forces to offer clients a plan to support both their physical and mental health goals.

Ian who owns TriClub offers individuals run, triathlon, and fitness coaching. His business was recently highlighted in the Small Biz 100, a national campaign featuring some of the UK’s most inspiring small businesses.

Caroline runs CPPC London which encourages individuals and organisations with wellbeing and development solutions in professional development coaching, personal therapy, and webinars such as: 'Resilience at Work: Managing Stress & Anxiety; Saying Goodbye to Imposter Syndrome.

Wellbeing and working in these tough times can be a challenge, Ian and Caroline understand individuals can feel isolated, and lack motivation. To improve wellness, remove pressure, increase motivation and output, CPPC London & TriClub are providing packages of coaching, therapy, and physical training.

Ian graduated with a degree in European and International Studies in 2006 and Caroline graduated with a masters in Criminology And Criminal Justice in 2008.
