Innovation Consultancy Q&A Session - Dr Ben Robinson

We are thrilled to announce an upcoming Q&A session with our IAS Residential Fellow, Dr Benjamin Robinson, an Independent Energy Consultant and the Energy Team Lead at Outsight International. This event is held at the IAS and is a unique opportunity for those of you interested in pursuing a career in innovation consultancy.

Dr Robinson works on high-quality, meaningful, and transformative action-based research projects across the Humanitarian and wider International Development Energy Sectors. He has worked with UN agencies, international NGOs, locally-led businesses, and grassroots organisations to champion innovative and disruptive solutions to enable the forcibly displaced, and other low-income communities, to be the protagonists of their own stories and shape their own energy futures.

During the session, Dr Robinson will share his journey, insights, and experiences in the field of International Development and Humanitarian Energy innovation. He will also be answering your questions, offering advice, and discussing opportunities within the industry. This is an invaluable chance to gain direct access to a seasoned professional in innovation consultancy.

Who Should Attend:

  • PhD students interested in innovation consultancy and energy innovation or who are looking for different ways to leverage their skills and experiences.
  • Research associates looking to expand their career into consultancy.
