While I was an undergraduate, a certain politician said he worried about Britian becoming an ‘island of strangers’. But while studying at Loughborough, it's almost impossible to avoid becoming great friends with a diverse group of people from across the world – and from so many different backgrounds – brought together through difference of ideas and shared passions.

During my studies, I really fell in love with ideas and theories. I loved exploring and applying new moral frameworks. Learning about feminist political theory was a particular highlight. The staff are really passionate and knowledgeable about their subject areas.
