The Department of Mathematical Sciences is located in the Schofield Building, which is based centrally on the University campus and is equipped with dedicated resources for mathematics students. As a student within the Department of Mathematical Sciences you will benefit from 24/7 access to state-of-the-art computer labs in the Schofield Building and also from our co-location with the Mathematics Learning Support Centre which provides students with one-to-one drop-in support.

You will have access to the very best facilities including bespoke training and testing equipment, the latest physiological, molecular and environmental technologies, two climate chambers, and an £8 million development housing 27 laboratories, including specialist labs for physiology and biomechanics.
