The study of mathematics equips students with the numerical abilities, logical thinking and analytical skills that are highly valued within a diverse range of organisations. It can open up careers in banking and finance, and as accountants, teachers, analysts and statisticians. Sport science can lead to careers in sports coaching and PE teaching, or as an exercise physiologist, sport psychologist, sports agent, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, health advisor, or local government sports development officer.
