I am studying an MSc in Work Psychology which is expanding my knowledge of the principles, models and theories of psychology. It is also helping me to develop an ability to apply them to a wide range of business issues including change management, employee selection, leadership and wellbeing.

During my studies, I undertook a Talent Match master’s internship – an extra-curricular programme run exclusively at Loughborough to enable postgraduate students access to paid, professional work-based opportunities that develop employability, experience and skills.
