On successful completion of this programme, you will be able to:

• Plan, organise and manage a significant self-directed storytelling project, applying key theories and principles of applied storytelling with appropriate supervision.
• Design, facilitate and critically evaluate participatory storytelling workshops and interventions for diverse professional contexts, target audiences and communities.
• Apply storytelling techniques using a range of digital resources and software to communicate complex ideas clearly, accurately and effectively, enhancing engagement and impact.
• Generate and interpret research data using appropriate methods within interdisciplinary contexts to inform, develop and evaluate storytelling practice.
• Critically evaluate academic and industry sources, and reflect critically on your own storytelling practice to support evidence-informed decision-making and professional development.
• Complete an applied assessment activities that, for example, might include designing a storytelling intervention for mental health, education, or climate communication,  developing a museum or heritage engagement strategy using applied storytelling techniques, developing a storytelling strategy that supports organisational impact, innovation, and responsible practice, or collaborating with an external partner to address a real-world challenge through storytelling.
