This MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology will prepare you for professional roles across a wide range of sectors and organisational settings, as well as providing a strong foundation for postgraduate research.

For students who hold Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) through a British Psychological Society-accredited undergraduate degree, the programme provides Stage 1 training towards Chartered Psychologist or Registered Occupational Psychologist status. Students without GBC can still benefit from the programme’s Association for Business Psychology accreditation and may be eligible to pursue Certified Business Psychologist status, subject to ABP membership requirements.
