Catherine's research interests lie principally in areas of economic sociology including organisations and institutions; multinational corporations; labour markets; industrial and employment relations; employee voice and participation; corporate governance; economy and society.

Oksana's research interests are focused on three areas: reforming public sector accounting in emerging and developing economies; auditing; and an interdisciplinary perspective of accounting.

Kayode is a multidisciplinary researcher keen to conduct micro and macro-level research that informs the management of organisational IT and public policy. He is currently investigating diffusion constraints in developing countries and how they affect the uptake of different technologies.

Keme’s research interests include services marketing and management as well as sales management. The bulk of his research focuses on the contribution of frontline employees to fulfilling the marketing concept and improving firm performance.

Before academia Ken was a Managing Director and Head of European Equity Research at Barclays Capital, where he worked for eight years before leaving in 2017 to take up a number of academic positions. He is the module leader for the Consultancy Project in Management.

Huainan's main research interests are in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial markets.

Dr Antti Lyyra is a Lecturer in Information Management at Loughborough Business School. His research examines how the development and adoption of digital and artificial intelligence technologies are transforming organisations, strategy and society.
