Eating Disorders in Student Services

First Steps Eating Disorders in Student Services (EDISS) is set to support students at Loughborough University for a pilot following the successful launch at Nottingham Universities.

First Steps ED is a multi-award winning, quality assured eating disorder charity, working to provide care and support for anyone affected by eating difficulties and disorders. Through the partnership with Loughborough University, students can access free 1:1 support sessions, support groups, and workshops, in addition to private counselling.

This support is confidential and a safe, non-judgmental and understanding space to give you the time and freedom to talk about your experiences and work on making progress in your relationship with food, body image, and exercise.
