Secondary NRICH: Increasing Parental Engagement
Although the benefits of increased parental engagement in mathematics are widely recognised, teachers often struggle to find suitable resources. In this session, NRICH Director Ems Lord will share explore the rationale, resources and findings from NRICH's recent project focusing on increasing parental engagement for Y7 students.
This highly successful research-informed initiative, which reported a significant increase in parental engagement, is now freely available for all schools. During the session, Ems will also share her insights into ways to maximise the potential of NRICH in your classroom.
