Welcome to the Counselling Team.

The Counselling Team is part of the Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity Service and is available to all students. We offer an opportunity to talk and reflect with a professionally trained person who is outside your immediate situation. We are a well-established and experienced team of counsellors who are dedicated to short term counselling, for emotional or psychological problems that are affecting your studies or time at university.

Click here for an online workshop about anxiety and looking at ways you may be able to manage it.

We offer free, impartial and confidential support on an appointment only basis, we are not a crisis service.

If you feel you have a crisis and need immediate help please contact one of the numbers on the right of this page →

Please be aware that we have a communal waiting area.
