Electronics manufacturing including:

  • Novel substrate manufacture
  • Flip-chip assembly
  • Fluxless soldering
  • Metallisation of substrates
  • Polymer encapsulation

Surface chemistry, especially Self-assembled Monolayers (SAMs) with applications in:

  • Oxidation protection and preservation of metallic surfaces
  • Ink jet printing
  • Surface activation
