Key roles and responsibilities

  • Responsible for all day-to-day school financial activities including purchasing, payment requests, invoice requests, journal transactions, travel arrangements and student and external expense claims.
  • Monitoring budgets, generating financial reports, maintaining and managing financial records for audit and compliance with end of year accounting arrangements/deadlines.
  • Providing financial information and advice to staff in the school ensuring compliance with University policies.
  • Secretary to the School Health and Safety Committee.
  • School DSE Assessor.
